CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Power Cycle

The CycleOps Indoor Cycle bike is the newest and effective way to ride. It takes indoor cycling to the next level, strengthening your calves, thighs and hamstrings better than any other indoor bike you’ve ever ridden! Class descriptions below. Bikes are limited to 9. Please call, email or use the “Sign Up” link on our site to reserve your spot. If unable to make it, please give 24 hour notice. $10 cancel /no show fees will be applied

Core Conditioning

Work an hour of full core engagement, non impact/ Fridays 9am

​

Cycle Mix/Circuit

On and off the bike with circuit stations on the floor. | Wednesdays at 8:00am. Not offered during covid

Cycle 30/Cardio w/ resistance 30

Power Cycle for 30 minutes and continue your cardio with intervals using resistance, proven the fastest way to lose inches. . This class provides a full body workout, incorporating strength training and core stability, and utilizes hand weights. | Tuesdays at 5:15pm. not offered during covid

Rip & Ride

A combination of cycling and cardio blasts off the bike. Utilizes a variety of equipment including Bosu blast balls, resistance tubes, weights, etc. | Sundays at 9:00am​  - not offered during covid

Weight Training

Whole body weight training. This class can hold more than 10 participants, just sign the wait list and come to class | Tuesdays at 9:00am.

Thursdays at 9am​

Total Body Tabata

Class works all your muscle groups using weights, body weight and various equipment using the Tabata Format of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.  /Monday's 9am This class can hold more than 10 participants. TUESDAY's at 6:30pm on location

Bootcamp

 Go to your limit, then a little more! Using a variety of equipment. Exercises can be modified for any level. We want to keep your body guessing and challenge you differently in every class! Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness - strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance. Have fun! Work hard! | Saturday's at 9am.  This class can hold more than 10 participants.

50/40/30: Total body workout sundays at 9am

Yin Yoga: Thursday at 6:15pm

Cardio Drumming: Monday's 6:30 pm on location
