Personal Training

• 30 Minutes: $27 per session | $250 for package of 10 | $10 per add-on person

• 45 Minutes: $40 per session | $360 for package of 10 | $15 per add-on person

• 60 Minutes: $55 per session | $500 for package of 10 | $20 per add-on person

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

The first one is excused because we know life gets in the way!  Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make it to a class

Sign up Genius sends a friendly reminder 24 hours in advance reminding you that you signed up for a class.  I get 

cancellation notices via email.  Better yet, just use the REMIND app and text that you cannot be there. Just enter this number 81010 and text this message @nhfi  to join. Cancellation fee

is $10 Fees will be charged to your next monthly payment, and if your a class package holder we will take one class 

away (10.00 value) or you can just pay the late fee.
