MALISSA EARL

 

 Malissa is an AFAA/ACE certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer since 1991 with additional certifications in Cycling, TRX and Yoga. She is also a certified instructor for the American Heart Association, teaching classes in CPR, AED and First Aid.  Malissa has taught every format including:  HI/Low aerobics, Step, Bosu, Tabata, HIIT, Bootcamps, Cardio Kickboxing, Resistance training, Agility training, Gliding Disks, Bender ball, Stability ball training  and Cardio Drumming.  Malissa holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Health and has been teaching Secondary Education since 1997.  Find my Professional Fitness Profile at www.Ideafit.com

MICHELLE SWAMY

​

Michelle has been teaching over eight years.  She holds certifications in Cycling, Group Exercise, Personal Training and Core and Functional Fitness.  She obtains her continuing education through SCW Mania Professional Fitness Conventions.

MADISON HOLBROOK

​

Madison is our newest Instructor, she is a certified Personal Trainer through SCW Professional Fitness Education. She teaches Tabata classes at the studio.   Not only does she teach, she is in College striving to become a Physical Therapist Assistant.  She is working in the field of Physical Therapy, she brings a lot of education to our clients.
